1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Car.culate Detailing for any service, including but not limited to premium car washing, waxing, paint correction, interior detailing, ceramic coating application, scratch removal, and odor elimination, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

3. Booking and Appointments

Bookings for Car.culate Detailing services can be made through our online platform or by contacting us directly. All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure certain services, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

We request that clients arrive promptly for their scheduled appointments. Persistent lateness or repeated no-shows may result in cancellation of future bookings or forfeiture of deposits.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit made.

Car.culate Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to equipment failure, staff illness, or severe weather. In such cases, we will endeavor to provide as much notice as possible and arrange an alternative appointment.

5. Vehicle Condition and Preparation

It is the client's responsibility to remove all valuables and personal belongings from their vehicle prior to detailing. Car.culate Detailing will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.

While we take utmost care, clients should inform us of any pre-existing damage, sensitive areas, or modifications to their vehicle that may require special attention or handling. Failure to disclose such information may limit our liability for any related issues.

6. Payment Terms

All prices for services are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Full payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated at the time of booking or upon inquiry.

Car.culate Detailing reserves the right to adjust pricing based on the actual condition of the vehicle, extent of work required, or client-requested additional services. Any such adjustments will be discussed and agreed upon with the client before commencing additional work.

7. Limitation of Liability

While Car.culate Detailing strives for perfection and uses high-quality products and techniques, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all imperfections (e.g., deeply ingrained stains, severe scratches) or the permanent elimination of odors without addressing their source. Results may vary depending on the vehicle's age, condition, and previous treatment.

Car.culate Detailing will exercise reasonable care in the performance of its services. However, we shall not be liable for any damage to your vehicle that is pre-existing, beyond our control, or caused by faulty components or materials. Our liability for any claim hereunder shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and service descriptions, is the property of Car.culate Detailing and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our site without our express written permission.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
